Jennifer Krul, Founder and Principal Designer
Jen loves the process of working with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement “just right” people-centered solutions. With over 20+ years of experience in strategic leadership, experience design, and product management, Jen has designed and implemented many impactful digital products and led strategic transformation initiatives for organizations large and small. For the past 10 years, Jen has focused on creating exceptional experiences in the healthcare industry with a goal of making the lives of patients, care partners, and healthcare professionals easier.
Jen is a lifelong learner with degrees in professional writing, education, and information science. Outside her work at Melora Design, she speaks regularly at conferences and events and teaches in the User Experience Design program at Wilfrid Laurier University
